Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Client Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Client Intelligence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • One account per person; you may not share accounts

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Client Intelligence offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

Price changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. AI Credits

Certain plans include monthly AI credits. Credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. Purchased credits (top-ups) are non-refundable and do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is canceled, unused credits are forfeited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates anyone's rights
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or other technical controls
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (frameworks, client files, transcripts, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Content also includes information you choose to import or access through connected apps, including Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, Gmail messages, Notion pages, Slack conversations, Stripe account data, Zapier payloads, MCP connection activity, and similar integration content.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI within the Service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before acting on them. Professional advice (legal, medical, financial) should be obtained from licensed professionals.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Notion, Slack, Stripe, Resend, Zapier, Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, Supabase, Vercel, and other providers enabled in your account. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Client Intelligence to access, process, transmit, and store the third-party data needed to provide the connected features you request. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but does not automatically delete content already imported into your workspace, chat history, documents, reports, or generated outputs.

9. Google Services

If you connect Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Gmail, you authorize the Service to request the Google OAuth scopes shown during consent and to use the resulting Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy. Google data may be used to browse and import selected Drive files, display and manage calendar events, search Gmail, read selected email threads, and provide AI-assisted responses or actions you request.

Client Intelligence's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or use it for unrelated purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Google account and use the Google content in the Service. You can disconnect Google integrations from Settings > Integrations or revoke access at Google. Some features may stop working after revocation or disconnection.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
